Snow lotus yeast enzyme Harvesting Procedure

Harvesting Snow Enzyme

Pouring into a shallow bucket with a plastic colander to separate yeast and it's drink.

Use funnel for easy filling narrow bottles; You might want to strain the enzyme with coffee-cloth strainer.

Remember to rinse the yeast with running filtered water on every 5th harvest.

It can be stored in a fridge if you intend to keep the new grown yeast, is an option whether rinse or not to rinse  it before storing, because some said rinse, some said needless, my mom rinses it before storing, just scoop the extra yeast into a container or plastic bag, it can be stored up to 3 months.

Melissa, mine has just given away to friend. I'll try to ask my mom, her friend used to have bigger size yeast. Indeed mine are growing smaller and smaller :P

I thought I rinsed too much, cos I stir it while rinsing.
