What is Kangen?

Ever since I fix an unit of Enagic Kangen ionizer for my own, I continuously learning more about the wonder of this Kangen Water®, I have never stopped watching Youtube and learning more about Kangen Water from professors and doctors, they are great scientists who have spent years to study what we always thought it is simply WATER, but it isn't. 

It can be as complicated as it is!  However, scientific explanations and findings are helpful, but most of all those we already start drinking and believe the simple truth is Kangen Water® can help to improve their health, they are blessed with simple mind.

这一个短视是在新加坡的姐夫编制的，以几个简单的示范配上缓和的音乐带你去了解什么是Kangen 还原水。

Do you know what is the cost of Kangen actually?

It was on the Saturday night, Gab and I had good time enjoying Hojicha ice-cream after dinner, as soon as we finished, then we headed to Maybank to bank in a cheque.

 

Usually just walk in and out, I noticed there was a team of coway filtration salesmen, “Hey, this is what I want to find out more about the new dispenser than comes with Alkaline and mineral water, and with hot and cold options, what a convenient design coway INCEPTION CHPE-250NF. 

I stopped and asked them more about this model. Trying to find out more of it, price at RM7K+, with three options of alkaline water pH8.5; pH9.0 and pH9.5.

A man asked me about the brand of filtration system that my home is using, I told him it’s Kangen, he told me is a very good filter but very expensive, it’s a MULTI-LEVEL marketing product, then he told me: “Do you know how much they earn from each filter? RM4K”.

 I was like: “Wah!” 

“Ya, my friend told me about coway, got hot and cold water, very nice!” 

“That is why I want to know more about it!”

Gab told me after that, “Not bad, you can act!”

“Of course! I am a good actor!”

Then I started to explain to Gab about the “info” told by the man.

1) It’s a multi-level marketing! 

     X WRONG. Enagic is direct sales company, huge different. 

2) They earn RM4K per machine! 

     It’s payout is RM4,800 to be exact! This is payout to those people who take the effort to share this awesome machine, just like the salesman of coway, just that they earn bit from the company, and the company has to manage huge amount of stuff, in sales department, installation department, service department, management, delivery and transportation overhead.... oh ya, the advertisement, Korean superstar! This is what a normal company will do, and they only a copy cat — 7 plates! (I wonder what is the dimension of those plates, are they medical grade platinum and titanium?) I think the cost for a coway product is much lower! How much is a mineral filter? The normal electrode plates? 

Calculating the cost of coway duo: 

RM7K+ 

Free 2 years service (once in every two months, one year is RM900)

If this can be used for 25 years like SD501(I Hope), 25-2= 23 years x RM900 (if there isn’t any inflation)

RM20,700 for just servicing fee.

We E-cleaning every month costs RM5.40 x 12 = RM60 per year x25 = RM1,500 

(Because I am using food grade citric acid, each time only 30sen x 12 = 3.60 per year x 25= RM90

Filter RM360 x 25 = RM9K (I can buy during sales time which is only RM301 x25 = RM7,525

Deep cleaning service RM150 x 25 = RM3,750 (which I can do this on my own, therefore void this service)

E-cleaning RM90

Filter RM7,525

        Total RM8,425 for 25 years!!! 

I bought Kangen at RM12,000 + RM8,425

25 years of usage cost me RM20,425

But coway service fee already RM20,700!!! 

Which is expensive?

Plus, when I registered as distributor, I have great chance to earn the machine for FREE! 

I think Kangen is still cheap to me.

A medical grade device, that rich in hydrogen, I can have pH11.5 strong alkaline that helps remove grease, pesticides, herbicides, oil base chemicals. 

I can have pH2.5 strong acidic to kill bacteria in just 30 seconds, the longest time is 3 minutes. Hence we often disinfect for soaking 5 minutes.
