Herbalife Strawberry Kiwi Shake


Strawberry Kiwi Shake 

2 tbsp F1 Strawberry protein shake
2 tbsp F3 Protein powder 
300ml Water 
1/2 cup fresh strawberries 
1 Kiwi fruit (skinned and sliced)
3-5 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients together for 1 minute.

Mini Trampoline Cleaning



I have been to trampoline class in other place, which jumping with shoes, later I learnt that jumping bare foot has more benefits, one thing I really dislike was that we are supposed to use indoor aerobic shoes when come for classes, sadly I saw many of members just don't follow, hence I don't like the idea when doing core muscle group exercise that we need to sometimes put our face contact with the trampoline mat, and it smelled bad! I believe these trampolines are not cleaned frequently. 

When I started V Jumpfit10 Trampoline studio in Taipan beginning of February 2018, that I will make sure myself to clean and wipe all trampolines after every trampoline class, and of course jumping on trampoline without shoes! 

And now that I bought a new household gadget KangenⓇ Ionizer Water Machine, I have make full use of pH11.5 to do face mask, to clean veggie and meat, and to use pH2.5 to sanitize all kitchen utensils, table cloths, toilets, even mopping. 

All I need to do is to collect pH2.5 strong acidic water in a spray, spray it onto all trampolines mat, clean it with a clean cloth, this is what I do every after mini trampoline class, allowing all students to enjoy jumping, and confident about the cleanliness of using our trampolines. No Smell!!

Sourdough Bagels Thermomix Recipe



Sourdough Bagel Thermomix Recipe


10g      Sugar
210g    Water
100g    Sourdough Starter (60% hydration )

35g      Butter in room temperature
360g    High Protein Flour
5g        Salt

Boiling
1 tbsp Baking Powder
A pot of water app. 2 litre water

Glazing
Egg + pinch of salt, lightly bitten 


Preparation 

1) Put first 3 ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix

     20 sec / Speed 3


2) Add in next 3 ingredients, start with speed 3 then turn to speed 6 for 10 seconds. 


3) Continue kneading, 

    3 min / knead
  1. Take out and knead into a round dough, wrap with Thermomix baking sheet, let the dough sit in for the first rising - 2 hour. 
        I keep in over with 50°C 

2. Take it out after 2 hour, knead it and press the excess gas out to knead into round dough, divide into 6 equal portions, roll into long slim dough, press one end, lay the slim end on the flat end make into a loop like doughnut 🍩, wrap and close the seam.

3. Align them on individual 3.5" square baking paper (prepare before starting, easier to pick it up and slide them into hot pot) in a baking pan, spray water, keep into oven with 50°C, let it prove for 2 hour.

Boiling
4) Pre-heat oven at 210°C

5) In a pot fill with 2 litre water, add baking soda, boil.
Put in bagel together with paper sheet upside down, boil it for 1 minute, remove paper, turn over to continue boil for 1 minute. Remove and drained, align in a lined baking tray.

It is normal that they look wrinkled 



Do the same to another 5 sourdough bagels.

6) Egg wash. Sprinkle mixed nuts and poppy seeds (optional)




7) Bake for 20 minutes, rotate the tray to get an even tone.

静脉曲张於跳床运动

你有所不知,跳蹦床可以改善靜脈曲張:讓血液回流、修復受損的靜脈。

靜脈曲張是怎麼發生的?

忙碌的一天結束後,許多人會抱怨雙腿又緊又重,這可能是靜脈曲張所造成的。靜脈曲張的腿部肌膚,會出現青紫色的蜘蛛網狀血管,並且感到雙腿腫脹、酸麻;嚴重的話,還會有明顯青筋,好像有一條條蚯蚓攀附腿部,不僅影響美觀,情況加劇的話,更會影響健康。

How about Healthy Lunch?

Starting a day with a healthy breakfast is great, we have learnt many benefits not to skip breakfast, Herbalife nutrition drink is my best choice since last year October when I started weight loss program, this program has helped me lost 12kg in weight and dropped 12% of body fat in total.

圣灵带领

“圣灵带领” 这四个字,到现在我还是觉得很模糊,很玄。。。

今天早上的祷告会后,有感而发,提议每个人都要轮流祷告即使是一句,不要闭口不讲,也不要中断祷告的流畅,只想每一个人都有参与的机会。

也提议在祷告议程前先让参与者知道要为什么而祷告,虽然说是要圣灵带领也必须让会员知道往什么方向或趋向哪里而寻求圣灵的带领。

在琴与炉 学习到的程序,刚开始的时候也觉得不习惯,我承认那个时候我的心里也曾经想过 “应该要让圣灵带领”,经过几个月的时间,慢慢习惯了这个模式,更享受这个模式的祷告,应该我不再糊糊涂涂的,漫无目的去寻找‘灵感’,这个‘圣灵带领’的境界不是每个人可以做到,更加不能被人滥用。我说的滥用,是在一些情况比如说没有充分的预备下就抛了一句‘圣灵带领’ , 让身边的人 无从更进,这些情形在我服事的敬拜赞美团发生。

琴与炉学习的敬拜并不允许这样的心态,要让圣灵带领首要的要求是自己要预备好,包括当天的信息,心态,诗歌,乐器的弹奏技巧,神的话语,灵里的预备,这样让圣灵来带领,这个是我个人能接受的所谓‘圣灵带领’。

在圣经里有:
当你们祷告的时候,你们就能够依靠他的带领,「况且我们的软弱有圣灵的帮助」(罗八26)。
「。。。因为圣灵照着神的旨意替圣徒祈求(罗八27) 

祈求 - 你可以不知道你要祈求的是什么而去祈求吗?

所以本人只希望在进入灵里祷告的时候先知道我们要祈求的方向、事物、目的是什么,然后让圣灵带领和亲自帮助我们用说不出来的叹息替我们祷告。


他带领我们得著我们所渴想的一切。他也带领我们,教导我们如何忠实、坚定、大有能力地作出祷告。

昨天睡午觉时很奇怪,一连发了两次梦,非常罕见,通常都是一觉睡醒的。更奇怪的事件是第一个梦与第二个梦里遇见的人与物是不一样的,但这对我说出相同的信息。

第一个梦后我被惊醒,心里蛮疑惑的,这两天因为太疲惫所以看过时钟后倒头就继续睡去,第二个梦接着来,遇见不同的人,在这个梦里出现的的人,我认识她,在现实中她是活着的,在梦里不知怎么的我反正知道她是一个已经死去的朋友,她出现在我的面前,很温柔,友善的眼睛看着我,用很平和的语气说:“其实你本应该今天死去的,但是神延长了你的生命。”

说到这里,又被惊醒,和第一个梦同样说了这一句话就被惊醒了。

跟第一个梦的信息一样,同样是一位朋友,在梦里知道她们已经是死去的人,回来告诉我同样的话。

是上帝有话要说吗?

还是纯粹只是一个梦?

若是上帝要告诉我的是什么启示呢?

我把这梦告诉了朋友,让大家可以帮忙解梦。

尊重关系

关系可以简单,像跟小孩子一起时,简单的只是以爱与保护的心态,跟他们玩在一起。关系可以很复杂,只要带着面具有一丝的保留,就变得怀疑,自私,惧怕,和不信任,不管如何都有被玩弄的感觉。没有真心,没有平安;没有平安就没有喜乐;没有喜乐就没有盼望;没有盼望就不是上帝所喜悦的关系。

已经越界的关系就没有所谓的“没说清楚”,明明白白的就是这样的,就应该尊重关系!

任何以不清不楚的解释都不荣神益人的态度,最后伤到人更伤到自己。

减重期间可以吃零食吗?

如果一个人有肥胖的问题,又爱吃零食,你们一定要记住,务必要遵守这个人体的生理学科学。如果爱吃零食就是代表除了三餐以外的时间你还会有糖分进来,会让血糖上升,血糖一上升的时候人体一定会要维持血糖恒定,胰岛素就会跑出来把血糖降到一个正常值,这个血糖一降下来糖分会跑到去哪里去?两个地方,一个地方,一个是肝脏合成肝醣,第二个地方就是跑到脂肪里面去,要知道肝脏里面的肝醣跟肌肉里面的肝醣,它只能储存1%的热量,一个人体的总热量,只有储存1%的总热量,其他77%跑到哪里去?就在脂肪里面。


如果你每天都在吃零食,你的脂肪就每天都有机会去合成新的油脂,这样就不可能瘦的哦。

一定要停止吃零食的习惯。
