Seafood Sandwich

Mayonnaise always has been Gab and my favourite food!

We bought 5 croissants for Gab's breakfast and school snack from Giant's bakery, cheap and tasty.

Here is what I put in seafood tuna mayonnaise.

Fist full of Open-faced shrimp, rinse and squeeze out excess water

6 chopped crab sticks

A can of tuna flakes / chunks

drain and plunge them into a bowl
One chopped yellow onion

4 to 6 heap spoons of mayonnaise, salt, pepper and sugar to taste.

I like to sprinkle some parsley

lay some shredded lettuce before filling in seafood mayonnaise.

Bon Appetit!

p/s: How to cut the croissant for sandwich?

      From right top (2 O'clock) a 60° cut
