Home cooked Kaya with Thermomix

This is the recipe I've gotten from Web, and it is wonderful recipe which could make awesome kaya.
I use molasses natural sugar instead. With Thermomix, everything becomes so easy.

Home Cooked Kaya with Thermomix 自制加央

Less Sugar 少糖加央唷!
200g Molasses Brown Sugar 糖蜜
2 pieces Egg Yolks 蛋黄
3 pieces Whole Eggs 全单
320g Fresh Coconut Milk 新鲜椰浆液 
8 pieces Pandan Leaves in bundle 班兰叶束

(You may need to mill castor sugar in 10 sec / speed 10 before adding egg to mix 
1) Add Eggs and Molasses brown sugar into TM bowl, mix 搅拌蛋液和蜜糖
30 sec / speed 3
then cook 然后煮
10 min / 90℃ / speed 3

2) Add coconut milk and pandan leaves and cook加入椰浆和班兰叶
mc / 40 min / 100℃ / Reverse; speed 2 
(Place simmering basket on top of the lid to prevent splutter)把篮子放置盖上以防喷溢
Add time if it is still watery可增加时间直到您想要的浓度

3) Let it cool for about 10 minutes, blend  置放十分钟待稍冷 再磨
10 sec / speed 9
