Do not trap in the past

There is nothing stay unchanged,
there is nothing stay the same,
there is nothing you could hold on to,
there is nothing you could do but 'change'.

Blessed is the one who have found THE ONE who is THE SAME YESTERDAY, TODAY AND FOREVER.

Read this poem, is referring something that was once beautiful and pure, but cannot remain so, also provide a unique insight to one of the many cycle's of life through nature.

Nothing Gold Can Stay

by Robert Frost

Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;

But only so an hour.

Then leaf subsides to leaf.

So Eden sank to grief,

So dawn goes down to day.

Nothing gold can stay.

It was first published in The Yale Review in 1923

Poetry analysis by Noleen Wyatt-Jones

The poem opens with a paradox Green is gold' green being the accepted first sign of spring but in New England where the birch and willow proliferate it is gold not green that signifies new growth and burgeoning life. He goes on to introduce another paradox Leaf's a flower' which refers to the initial perception of the unfurling leaf resembling a flower almost as if the leaf were disguising itself. There is also a sense that both are metaphors for the quick change of life in that the gold becomes green and the leaf becomes a flower in much the same way as we grow and change. There is a tangible sense of melancholy which accompanies each change and again as in life the sense that we often hark back enviously to what was once before.

The underlying theme seems to be prompting an acceptance that in life nothing can ever stay the same and that change is therefore inevitable in the circle of life. Keeping that theme in mind then the next logical step is the begin of decay as posed by the line So Eden sank to grief' which leads us to the Bible and the story of Adam and Eve who were given everything by God and should have been able to live a life of perfection in Eden but as with so many things perfection does not exist and this fits perfectly with Frost's continuing journey. So dawn goes down today' is the final metaphor used to define the final stage of the life cycle and in natures case this refers to the autumnal fall of leaves.

There is of course inevitability to each of the stages and whilst the sense of melancholy for each passing stage exists there is still a sense of hope. Frost is encouraging us to accept that each part of our life will pass far too quickly and we need to cherish each part before we embark on the next. It also makes us think about the fragility of human existence and the fact that perfection is not a realistic concept.

Hey! Friends out there..... I am fine

Recent posts sounded low and sad right?

Don't worry, I am totally fine, see... my smile! It was taken after a Hospital Visit, great lunch with my cousin - Elaine.

Shared some of my thoughts with her and 'spiritual mother' in home group last night, feel good to be weak sometimes, from here you'll find that there are friends around loving me and caring for me.

Such long time ever since I became a home group leader, not many times that having friends prayed for me.

Remembered the time where I was just a baby Christian, most of the times were people praying for me, hmm... now I know, some of the leader do need prayer.

Real thing is, I am not that low and weak, in fact my daily live still going well and happy, having fun with Gabriel, shared a joke with him this morning, both of us laughed till we teared out, I told him the secret in his name, now he knows the secret.....

Still very productive, means, still working, eating, helping, searching, training, cleaning, laughing, singing, playing...; Friends, don't worry, I have a good spirit, mind you for that!

Runaway Prayer

Do you know what does it mean? We've watched the movie 'Runaway Bride', I think my situation is like this movie, but mine is 'Runaway Prayer'....

As a christian, as a strong faith christian, this is happening to me, something has gone very very very wrong.....

We've been taught to put everything into prayer, everything means ... everything lah, everything in your daily life, and God means so real to me, me and HIM having intimacy relationship through years, and I love the relationship, we chat in most of the issues, all the circumstances, at any time, until up to the stage, His present has scared me, let me put it this way, I heard His voice, that I can't believe that I am so blessed, and loved by Him, which I always think I am not worthy, I am not 'holy'... and yet He listens to me and talks to me.

And so I pray very often, my type of prayer is not long and formal, my type of prayer is just like 'talking' to a friend, I challenge Him someimes, awesome is, He answers.

So... come back to this issue, I stopped because I don't want to know, and I have given up, and I ignore it, and I don't want to hear the 'word' any more, not the 'word' any more..... this 'word' has driven me crazy, so I stopped praying, and I stopped thinking about it, and I ignored it.

How can I just ignore it.... Sunday sermon, the 'word' seemed to be so CLEAR and LOUD in my ears, and it went deep into my heart, and it recaping in my mind, and it wakes my spirit, I thought, I just ignore it again... so, I didn't 'remember' it on Sunday, on Monday... but this morning while I was reading, it popped up to remind me, the 'word'.

Despite of this, I will still want to choose to ignore it!

[Runaway Prayer] Cool?!

Let's Start Again

Though it ended up in a terrible way,
and it's never a pleasant experience.

But I will start it all over again,
not just trying to be optimistic,
there are lessons/theory I've learned,
and in this chapter of my life,
I am going to put into practice,
life is full of surprises,
a roller coaster!

Through a process of grieving.
And the most effective way of dealing with that process
is to admit to myself that I have feelings of pain...
before letting go of those feelings.

Facing painful feelings isn't always easy,
God is with me,
that makes it easier for me.

Thankful for friends that who care,
thankful for friends that who bear my nonsense,
I know why God put you in my life,
God loves us all.

Feelings

Learn to control your feelings

When we feel high, we have no problems. The problem comes only when

we feel low. No one wants to feel low. When one feels low, then the more

one tries to feel high, the more depressed he gets. This seems to be

the biggest problem. What is important about the feelings? They never

stay the same. Feelings are fluid. Feelings alter just in seconds. A

second you feel high and in the next you feel low and then again you

feel good. This continues in life. If we base our life on our

feelings, we will be ruined.

You feel good about something now and a little later you feel bad

about the same thing. Then those feelings change yet again. Have you

noticed feelings. Changing?

Many people are unaware of the nature of feelings. Everywhere you will

hear people say, "Follow your feelings, go by your feelings, do what

you feel like? etc., What will you do? Be independent? People

misinterpret! What does independence mean? They think it means

following your feelings. They think, "I do as I feel now, I do as I

feel tomorrow. I do as I feel the next day." Then there can be no

stability in life.

We are unhappy if we follow our feelings. When you feel low, jump into

the lowest. Be like water. That is your real nature, inside you, it is

like water. The coconut is the symbol of the whole human life. The

coconut has a husk. That is the environment. And water is the

innermost part. Your true nature is like water, fluid and not hard

inside. What is the nature of water? Humility, it always goes down.

Stiffness is the problem. Stiffness is ego.

Water can take any shape. Whatever glass you put it in, it will take

that shape. Water means acceptance of the present moment. You put

water in a bottle and it will take that shape. Our innermost being

agrees with nature. In water, the slightest movement makes ripples. It

is dynamic also. It is not simply acceptance with fatalism; it is

acceptance with motion, with dynamism, with readiness to jump to act.

A little shake, and the water is ready to jump up.

The ocean is the lowest. How has the ocean become and ocean? It has

accepted to be the lowest. Can there be anything lower or deeper than

an ocean? All rivers from the mountain tops flow down to the ocean.

The ocean is full. The humblest yet the greatest. If you agree to go

low when you don't feel good, you will become the richest person on

the earth. Have you ever loved your low feelings? You have always

fought with them.

When you don't feel high, just close your eyes and go into the low.

"Okay, today I shall agree with my low feelings and I shall go as low

as I can, without acting." Do not do any action but just agree. "Okay,

I am going down, down, down....." How far will you go down? You will

find the ocean there. You will start rising up in no time.

Depression and low feelings cannot touch you. They can do nothing to

you. However big the clouds are, they cannot overshadow the sun. It

could be the darkest day, but still it will remain a day. All the

clouds can never make the day a night.

So, when clouds are there, you don't have to shiver. Just go deep,

observe and you will see a lot of sensations rising up. Some fears

come up. What is fear? Just a sensation in the body. Agree to it, "All

right, let it be. I will drive into it today." An amazing thing

happens within you.

A phenomenon, that will put the psychiatrists out of jobs. Everybody

can look into this aspect. This is very, very beautiful.

What is the nature of water? Water, when it reaches the ocean, does

not always remain there. It rises high as the clouds and then comes

down again as water.

So are feelings.

Mother's Day 'Love Gifts' from Kingdom Kidz

This is such an awesome team I am in - Kingdom Kidz. I am blessed with this ministry.Unfortunately I lost my camera during the SOW event meeting in April, couldn't take the photos of the time when we were having our meeting, it was so fun, we were all having lunch and yet discussing the programme, everybody throwing out ideas! Ideas that make you laugh, and be crazy! That's how we squeezed out the creativity of all of us!

Vincent Tung was the coordinator for this Mother's Day event, teachers and Daniel were so overwhelmed to see the potential of his leadership being availed, praise the Lord, God is molding His children.

The troops segregated into 4 sectors:
1st sector is mixing, for children 4-5 years old, they will have to break the eggs, and put into mixing bowl., smash it, and mix with mayonnaise

2nd sector is spreading, for children 5-6 years old, spread the mixture on bread and Hup Seng square biscuits.

3rd sector is cutting, for children that are 10-12 years old, cut the bread into 4 small squares.

4th sector is packaging for children from 3-12. Some in origami section, to make a box from folding a rectangle paper, some punch pattern by using craft punch, some decorate the pink box with red hearts and flowers punched out patterns. Then as soon as the 1st and 2nd sections are done, they join in the last part of packaging, fit in the biscuit and bread into box, then wrapping it with white ribbon attach with a label in written "Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all. Proverbs 31:29 Happy Mother's Day"

This is an appreciation box, there are meaning lies behind....

Being thankful for mom's Tender Love, she cares for us, takes good care for us, raising up us, loves us - Bread Sandwich

Being thankful for mom's Tough Love, she teaches us, helps us to build good characters, disciplines us when we were wrong - Biscuit Sandwich

Wishing all the mother in the world, Blessed Mother's Day!

It is just HARD, I'm giving up!

I am going crazy if it is still going on...

...

...

...

I thought it is gonna to be .......... anyhow ... better!

Today proved!

This is way far beyond what I can bear, I have to admit... I failed.

But I am 'Yahoooo!' with the decision I've made.

...

...

...

....... thinking...... "What God wants to say this time?".......

.............thinking....... "What is HIS feeling?" "................m............... a group of two - disobedient child..."

....................thinking....... "What He will do?" ........

I shouted: "God, you mean so real to me! YOU WERE! YOU ARE! YOU ARE TO BE! Please don't leave me alone!"

You are still the ONE I will trust for the rest of my life!

The Love Language - Time and Attention

Time and Attention

You are a person of Time and Attention. This means you are most touched when people spend time with you and listen when you talk. You enjoy to do the same for others. Time and attention are a great way of communicating, but when someone else you love doesn't necessarily talk the way you do, it doesn't mean they don't love you. What would be their primary love language? The downside of this love language can be people assume you are lazy because you take your time. Try to find out how hey treat you when they try to show love, and try to speak their love language back to them so they feel loved. One last point to mention is that God also communicates in your love language. He uses time and attention, too. He says in the Bible that He loves you, that you are the apple of His eye, and that He wants you to come to Him and talk to Him. He loves you and gave Jesus (God Himself in human form) to bridge the gap caused by the fall of sin through which we cannot fully obey the law He gave us. He made the solution through Jesus, and when accepting Him, you'll accept God Himself, Who loves you, and wants to communicate with you. You are the attention, His focus. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. Yes, He is timeless, patient, for ever present, and eternal!

The Love Language - Gifts

Gifts
You are a person of gifts. This means you are most touched when people give you a gift, because it means they were thinking of you when they bought, created or found what they give you. You see life as a gift, and it's things in it!. Gifts and giving is your emotional tool and you will therefore also use this to connect to other people. Gifts are a great way of communicating, but when someone else you love doesn't necessarily talk the way you do, it doesn't mean they don't love you. What would be their primary love language? The downside of giving gifts without talking or doing things for someone else, may come across as a quick fix to escape building a further relationship. Try to put in some effort by finding out what the other person's language is, too. A good conversation or spending time with them can be a gift to them, more precious than box of chocolate! One last point to mention is that God also communicates in your love language. He uses gifts, too. Jesus is the greatest Gift, Who gives salvation FREELY to whoever accepts Him. Praise God!

The Love Language - Words

WORDS

You are a person of words. This means you are most touched when people tell you 'I love you', or when you read a poem. Even a song can make you emotional. Talking is your emotional tool and you will therefore also use this to connect to other people. Words are a great way of communicating, but when someone else you love doesn't necessarily talk the way you do, it doesn't mean they don't love you. What would be their primary love language? Too many words may have their downside, too. Some people may assume that if you talk a lot, you talk more than you do. You may also have been terribly hurt by what people have said, more than what they did. One last point to mention is that God also communicates in your love language. He uses words, too.

The Love Language - Physical Touch

Physical Touch
You are a person of Physical Touch. This means you are most touched when people give you a hug, or are around you. You can be sensitive to people's presence, and you take up everything in your direct environment. Physical Touch is your emotional tool and you will therefore also use this to connect to other people. This is a great way of communicating, but when someone else you love doesn't necessarily talk the way you do, it doesn't mean they don't love you. What would be their primary love language? The downside of Physical Touch may be that when you are beaten or physically hurt, it can be extra hard for you to deal with. Communication with people on a distance may be hard for you too. Enjoying who you are is important - even taking a pet in your house may help! One last point to mention is that God also communicates in your love language. He uses Physical Touch, too. He hold you in the palm of His hands, and is like a Father, waiting to embrace His lost son to come home. God is with you, everywhere you are.

My Love Language - Services/Deeds

SERVICES / DEEDS

You are a person of services / deeds.. This means you are most touched when people do something for you rather than say something. For you, saying something without doing it, is not right. You enjoy being busy as it makes you feel useful, and your way of showing love to others is by doing something for them. Doing things / deeds are a great way of communicating, but when someone else you love doesn't necessarily do the things for you the way you would do it for them, it doesn't necessarily mean they don't love you. What would be their primary love language? The downside of doing things too much may be that you may be impatient, or stressed. Try to find out what other people's language is, too, and respond to them as how they treat you. One last point to mention is that God also communicates in your love language. He loves you and gave Jesus (God Himself in human form) to bridge the gap caused by the fall of sin through which we cannot fully obey the law He gave us. He made the solution through Jesus, and when accepting Him, you'll accept God Himself, Who loves you, and wants to communicate with you. Jesus said on the cross: IT IS FINISHED. IT IS DONE. In this we can have confidence when accepting Jesus: The crowd says do, the cross says done. He saves, He does it!

Jane's Note:

I knew it! I have to learn to be patient for those who speaks the different language, especially those love language is quality time, cos they just don't do anything but enjoy the time to be together with you! what a lesson! But I am willing to learn, and accept it in humility.... simply because God loves me for who I am!

A Praying Mum

THE POWER OF A MOTHER'S PRAYER

By Ruth L. Whitfield

I remember seeing my mother kneeling at the side of her bed and praying aloud for each of her children and grandchildren. That memory is forever etched in my mind and I will never forget sensing a strong presence of God through her intercession. I came away with a sense of reverential fear and trust that no matter what would happen to any of us, God would honor her prayers on our behalf.

My mother is in glory now and it's a comfort to know that the Lord continues to honor those prayers. It encourages me to continue to pray for my own children and grandchildren no matter how uncertain their futures or what they are currently facing.

I am sure that there are bittersweet moments for each of us whose parents have gone on to be with the Lord. We remember them. We miss them. We now realize how wise they really were. Our hope in the Lord is that we will see them again and enjoy His presence together.

Except for Eve, the mother of all living, we've all been blessed with mothers. Our mothers helped shape who we are today—for good or not so good. We learned from their example and from their mistakes. And when we had children of our own we realized what a challenge they faced raising us.

Some of us are privileged to have our moms around to help us with our own children. They bring the wisdom of experience and offer their time, love and energy to the task. What a blessing to have a doting grandma to pour unconditional love on our offspring!

But even with all that, the Holy Spirit is our best adviser, teacher and counselor. He knows what's best for each child and can give us the insight to know what each needs and how to pray His will concerning each one. God hears a mother's prayer.

I am thankful for His instruction and "coaching" as I grappled through years of raising an autistic son in a ministerial fish bowl filled with well-meaning parishioners giving "expert" advice concerning things they knew nothing about. Without the Lord, we would not have made it. Time and time again, He would admonish me to trust Him with our son.

That was not an easy task. We would place him on the altar so to speak, and then quickly take him off, load ourselves with worry, then place him on the altar again. Then we'd call on the Lord for help and take one day at a time doing as He directed. The result was miraculous! Today, he's a grown man who loves and serves the Lord, is gainfully employed and active in the men's group at church. Surely, God is worthy of our trust.

Surely, He knows what's best for us and for our children. He is totally trustworthy.

Sometimes we worry when we don't see our children going in the direction we feel would be best for them. Yet we have His promise that if we raise them and train them in the way they should go, when they are old they will not depart from them (see Prov. 22:6). Though they may stray as they try to find their own way in life, they will return to what was instilled in them (see 2 Tim. 3:15). It's a promise.

Perhaps you are a single parent wrestling with raising your children and working full time. You feel exhausted and overwhelmed. You wonder how you are going to make it through another day. Take heart. You are not alone. The Holy Spirit will provide and direct you each step of the way. Our Father hears a mother's prayer. Trust Him.

If God has blessed you with a special-needs child, know that He has given you a treasure. It may not feel that way sometimes. You may feel as if you are the only one carrying the responsibility relating to your child, your spouse, your other children and the household. And if you also work outside the home it's a balancing act like no other. But His grace will enable you to do all He requires of you. You will learn the meaning of unconditional love and enjoy deep fellowship with Him. His love and grace is available—and it's free.

Perhaps your children are grown and your mom is in her golden years and needing care. The tables have turned and you are now the caregiver and she is the one needing your help. It's difficult for her to transition from total independence to needing care and provision. Do you struggle with the demands of your own family and her needs? Well, you are not alone. Honoring your mom in this season takes as much grace as handling a household of kids, a special-needs child, a full-time job and a cranky husband. But God is able to sustain you and go even beyond your need. He is there to give you His sufficiency, rest and restoration as you take time to get alone with Him.

No matter what season of life you are walking through, the Lord is there for you. As a daughter honoring her mother, a mother enjoying her children or one who is pulled in many directions at once, our God is more than able to provide you with everything you need to make this the most wonderful season of your life. Remember that God answers a mother's prayer. Happy Mother's Day!

PRAYER POWER FOR THE WEEK OF 5/4/2009

This week surrender yourself and your children to the Lord and thank Him that He is ever present in every season of your life. Ask Him for the wisdom that is readily available and He alone can give. Thank Him for the expected outcome, plans and purposes He has for you and your family.

Pray for those who have sons, daughters and loved ones in the military. Ask the Lord to strengthen their faith and bring them comfort during this season of separation. Pray for protection over their sons and daughters as well as our own nation and its leaders. Prov. 22:6; James 1:6

Jane's note:

It was from a loving sister, to up lift me, say thanks to her, and give thanks to the Lord, who gives me strength, wisdom and walks with me wherever I go.

With Him, being a single mom is not that tough at all, I know clearly there is a purpose behind that God has in my life, my life is to live out the purpose, I am trying my best, hopefully God don't trust me that much!

5 Reasons Why God Uses Problems

5 Reasons Why God Uses Problems

The problems you face will either defeat you or develop you,

depending on how you respond to them.

Unfortunately, most people fail to see

how God wants to use problems for good in their lives.

They react foolishly and resent their problems,

rather than pausing to consider what benefit they might bring.

Here are five ways God wants to use the problems in your life:

1. God uses problems to DIRECT you

Sometimes God must light a fire under you to get you moving.

Problems often point us in a new direction and motivate us to change..

Is God trying to get your attention?

"Sometimes it takes a painful situation to make us change our ways."

Proverbs 20:30

2. God uses problems to INSPECT you

People are like tea bags

if you want to know what's inside them,

just drop them into hot ever water!

Has God tested your faith with a problem?

What do problems reveal about you?

"When you have many kinds of troubles,

you should be full of joy,

because you know that these troubles test your faith,

and this will give you patience."

James 1:2-3

3. God uses problems to CORRECT you

Some lessons we learn only through pain and failure.

It's likely that as a child,

your parents told you not to touch a hot stove.

But you probably learned by being burned.

Sometimes we only learn the value of something... health,

money, a relationship ... by losing it.

"It was the best thing that could have happened to me,

for it taught me to pay attention to your laws."

Psalm 119:71-72

4. God uses problems to PROTECT you

A problem can be a blessing in disguise

if it prevents you from being harmed by something more serious.

Last year a friend was fired

for refusing to do something unethical that his boss

had asked him to do.

His unemployment was a problem,

but it saved him from being convicted and sent to prison a year later

when management's actions were eventually discovered.

"You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good..."

Genesis 50:20

5. God uses problems to PERFECT you

Problems, when responded to correctly, are character builders.

God is far more interested in your character than your comfort.

Your relationship with God and your character

are the only two things you're going to take with you into eternity.

"We can rejoice when we run into problems...

they help us learn to be patient.

And patience develops strength of character in us,

and helps us trust God more each time we use it,

until finally our hope and faith are strong and steady."

Romans 5:3-4

Here's the point:

God is at work in your life

even when you do not recognize it or understand it.

But it's much easier and profitable when you cooperate with Him.

"Success can be measured

not only in achievements,

but in lessons learned,

lives touched

and moments shared along the way"

LIFE IS AN ECHO

LIFE IS AN ECHO.

What you send out, you get back.

What you give, you receive.

WHEN YOU BRING OUT THE BEST IN OTHERS,

YOU BRING OUT THE BEST IN YOURSELF.

2 Nights before 'The Hope In Impossibilities'

Here is the detail before this message 'The Hope in Impossibilities!' came out!

I would love you to know how God means so real to me.I had hard time last few weeks,so I quit praying for an issue, despite of some encouragement from close friends, I urged them just stop saying any more.

You know what..... God started to speak to me, in three consecutive days. But I was so dump that I didn't realize, or indeed I just don't want to be fool around, and ignored it!

First day, Gab insisted me to read for him the Gen 18, which usually he will read on his own, I was doing my devotion too, and writing my dairy, that day was in a bad mood, I rejected him a few times, he kept pestering me, so I read this for him very quickly and explained to him, but didn't get what God wants me to think about. The next day, I saw a booklet on the dinning table, actually that was an old issue of 中信 2008 Sept, I flipped and read the posting in the middle of the booklet - 蒙福之子 Son of blessing-Isaac, God's promise for Abraham, after reading this, not quite put into deep thought though, but I had some (a little) encouragement! 3rd day, this message hit me! wow! God just want me to walk into the 'red sea', now I get it!

The Hope In Impossibilities

It is a title of 3rd May Sunday Sermon, preached by Ps. Tommy. he has got the points clear, at my situation and the trials I am having ....I need this encouragement, this is a powerful message from God, it lifts up my faith, it calls back my trust in Him, it reminds me not to stop praying, and put all of my life in His hands.

1) Never ended each experience in defeat

I had the ring when he - Ps. Tommy shared about King David, in Psalm 143:7, how he walked with God, by telling God every single things in his bad times, good times, happy times and hopeless times... every moment.

Believing in God, doesn't mean you will have good time always, trusting in God doesn't mean you won't make wrong choice anymore, having faith in God doesn't mean all that you've planned will go smooth, ... I never would have known this or understood it until the last issue came out didn't seem to be right! I have better understanding in this teaching. Give thanks to the Lord of Most High.

For this; King David had all these experiences in his life, in Psalm 143:8-10 tells us he did not stopped praising God, he complained, he had hard times, nevertheless he did not ended as a looser, through these darkest times, he was able to put his focus unto God, he was able to understand / learn the lessons God had wanted him to learn, he never missed the chance.

what have you learned?
Put our trust in God

As Ps. Tommy shared until here, my mind was telling me: "eee, I am doing things that King David did... talking to God in every moment, asking Him for advice, oh .... King David had the good spirit as I do!" (ceh! sorry, allow me to do this in my blog!)

2) Seeing a greater purpose behind

Act 16:27-28
Then Ps. Tommy shared the story of Peter and Silas in the prison, how they trusted in God, patiently and joyfully, that was the heart they had at that time in order to wait for the miracle! I tell myself: "oh, I want this attitude!". "I want to see miracle in my life!".

3) Move on

Exodus 14:15
What is my 'Red Sea'? Put me into deep thought! Good... I like to think! I was living by sight, for the situation and the answer that I've got, based on the info I have had, I stopped praying, I stopped trusting in His plan, instead I made my own conclusion, not to move on, not to make my first step to walk into the 'Red Sea', instead, I stared at the 'Red Sea' and complained; The message of 'The Hope In Impossibilities' has given me an 'umph' to pray earnestly, to go forward boldly! With the promise God has given and assured, it is not a joke, it is not a mistake! Just like Abraham and Sarah, His promises will come to a pass, it is just the matter of time! I shout Amen for that!

4) Speak to the rock

Num 20:8
I like this. Many times we failed to obey God, we failed to be a good disciple, we did what our emotion had driven us to do, but... God somehow will make it right. Like that! Look what Moses did to the rock, despite of his disobedience, God still let the water flew out from the rock, that is simply because of His grace and love for the people.

In all things, God works for the good of those who love Him.
Romans 8:28

5) Outcome is based on obedience

Psalm 127:1-2
Ps. Tommy told us (teachers of Kingdom Kidz, we were in the 2nd service at 1:30 every Sunday) that he was not able to share this point in the first service due to the time shortage. Well, I personally felt that it was a waste, and indeed it is the key for 'The Hope In Impossibilities'. ( may be I am a bit exaggerated! )

I agreed with Ps. Tommy, the secret weapon is to obey God. God is the vine, we are the branches.

Happy to share my thoughts in this sharing. I will continue to pray, speak to the 'rock', move on to cross the 'Red Sea', and trust God in all of His plans, with the a hydrogen bomb - obedient in my hands, the strongest weapon in the universe, nothing is impossible!
