Gab's best art work appreciation

Gabriel is taking art lesson in Davinci,
her art teacher is my sister-in-law.
This picture was taken by her as Gab managed
to get the best drawing and colouring
 for this masterpiece. 

This picture was taken in year 2010, just realized that his hard work should be appreciated, especially by his mom! That is the only reason why I put this up for sharing.

Gab's worry

One night Jamie came to my place as she needed a computer to finish up her work, and I was about to go out with friend, usually Gab will have to stay home alone and get himself ready for bed.

Things happen during time I wasn't at home. Jamie and Gab had great conversation and interaction, Gab asked of her help to take him to bookstore get a bottle of calligraphy ink, before leaving, he went into room to get some money, but Jamie said don't worry about the money, she will pay for him.

As they reached Big Book Shop in Taipan, she parked her car right in front of the door, Jamie asked if he could get down alone to get the ink, he showed her a helpless face and said: 'Of course I need you to go with me!', hm.... someone is very manipulative!

As soon as he finishing his work, he went to Jamie started  to chat with her. Jamie asked him if he is afraid being stay alone at home, he said 'Nope', but one thing he fears the most is, he told Jamie something he never told me before, he worries that mommy is not coming home!!

That pondered me when Jamie shared with me what Gabriel had said, and started to know the reason why he is worrying. Each time I drive, he is the one who reminds me to slow down, control the speed, as we had one major and one minor accidents before, that could be the reason cause the shadow stays in his mind.

From the very night, I told him that I appreciate his love towards me, and I teach him one way to get rid of his worries, is by praying, 'Do you know you have one thing can do for mommy? That is by praying for mommy, ask God for protection!'. He nodded his head.

God has promise us in Philippians 4:6-7

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, 

by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, 

present your requests to God. 

And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, 

will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

'The Lord is faithful to all His promises'

Green Friends

Bird's Nest Fern is one of my favourites. This one plant in my ceramic masterpiece.

I love gardening, research shows that plants do more for us than simply something bring natural beauty to our living spaces, it gives an environment that comforts and welcomes.
They've been proven to reduce stress so well that one glance at a plant lowers our heart rate. They also help clean the air we breathe by absorbing toxins and acting as little oxygen factories. Plants simply make me feel better.

Money plant is the most easiest for taking care of.

Onion that can't wait for me to cook it becomes my plant. 

Banana Blend

Shyewoon came  by this afternoon though we have no guitar class, we've decided to make Ice-cream blend, he suggested to have banana blend, because he loves it very much.

Lucky Debbie, she came by for a short 'lepak'.

This is a simple Banana Blend, here are the things I put in, at whim!

what you need for two:
1) Banana - 2
2) Vanilla ice-cream 4 scoops. (Chocolate ice-cream equally nice!)
3) UHT milk about one cup

Blend all together!


As Debbie came by later, and Shyewoon and I have finished all vanilla ice-cream that I had, we made Banana Blend with chocolate ice-cream! It tasted good, give a thumb up for this! My suggestion to have more chocolate ice-cream, in order to beat equal to the strong banana taste.

The power of a prayer

I have no doubt on the power of prayer, it should not be underestimated. Bible says.. the prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.

But does God listen to the prayer of a sinner?


James 5:15  
And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven.


I believe someone has been praying for me, and you!




Lead us nowhere but the way HOME.

Will we ...

Where am I?

Was I not knowing this world well enough? Was I being so naive to what this world really is? Was  I misunderstood the meaning of this world being created? Was I mistaken the bad deeds being good?


As I stepping into this world...

Will I see you?
Will I being forsaken?
Will I learn to understand the world a little more?
Will I able to find out the reason why you are here?
Will I able to find the way out?
Will I able to comfort my heart and soul again?
Will I lose my dignity?
Will someone care?
Will I wake tomorrow from this nightmare?

Will I touch your hands?

Will I have your comfort?
Will you understand me?

Are you willing to follow me HOME?


We know, He is faithful, He is forgiving, He is waiting, He is watching...

Fear not!  He knows everything.

Hide not! Don't run away, the Heaven is His throne!

Will we walk together in victory?

Do you not remember all things are possible in God?

Have you forgotten He is love?

Let it go, let it go...

But how am I turn and walk away when a portion of my heart is longing to stay? That is a question only my heart and mind can answer and it is not an easy one to answer.

Never wished is today, so right yet is wrong from the beginning.

"knock, knock!"

The door is closed, slowly walk away, quietly calm my heart and soul.

Today is just a journey, not a destination.

To continue I will let it go.

I don't want to stay down, even though I get knocked down.

Grass is always greener on the other side, but it still have to be mowed.

I believe the beauty in my dreams.

God loves not only them, but God loves me too, He knows I am weak to make decision, He knows it is not going to be good to everyone. Everything is in His hand, blessed are those who listen and obey! 

 There are lessons to be learnt. once and for all.
