Cough Remedy 止咳方法

♥盐蒸橙子♥

做法:

1=洗净。
2=切开。
3=橙肉撒少许盐。
4=筷子插几下,盐更容易渗透。
5=盖上“橙盖”。
6=放小碗内保持橙身竖立,蒸10-15分钟(水沸开始计时)。

7= 碗里的精华
8=去皮吃肉喝汁(包括碗里的精华)婴儿和大人均可。





1. Wash entire orange
2. Cut
3. Sprinkle some salt
4. Give a few pokes by using chopstick
5. Cover it back
6. Put it up-right in a bowl, steam for 10 to 15 minutes (count from the boiling time)
7. Remove the orange, drink the essence.
8. Finish the orange. For adult as well as children.
