TM5 Jane's Fish Deer (pork dish)
Ingredients A
150 g Pork Belly Strips1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Rice Wine
1 tsp Corn Starch
Ingredients B
10 g Oil10 g Garlic
3 slices Ginger
Ingredients C
2 pieces Black Fungus, Julienned1/4 piece Carrot, Julienned
1/2 piece Green Chili, Julienned
1 tbsp Chili Bean Sauce
2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Rice Wine
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Corn Starch, mixed with 1 tbsp Water
Garnish
1 stalk onion, Julienned, soaked in cold water1 tsp Onion Oil
PREPARATION STEPS
1. Mix ingredients A well to marinate at least 15 minutes
2. Put in garlic and ginger slices to chop

Scrape down the ingredients

3. Add oil to saute

4. Add in A and first 3 ingredients of C, stir fry

6. Lastly, pour in corn starch mixture to thicken the sauce
