Braised Spicy Ribs Noodle


For people who cooks in the office, this is an easy recipe to prepare for yourself and colleagues a yummy lunch.


Thermomix Recipe

Jane's Braised Spicy Ribs Noodles

TM5 recipe Ingredients A:
20g Garlic, chopped 
5 Thin ginger slices
30g Cooking Oil
1 tsp Sesame Oil

Ingredients Marinade B:(Marinade in the morning)
250g Ribs (one stick, chopped into 6 pieces)
2 tsp Shao Xing Wine
1 tsp Corn Flour
1/2 tsp sugar
Dash of pepper

Ingredients C: (Premix and keep in a container)
2 Dried Chili, rinsed (optional)
250g Water
1 tsp Homemade Chicken Stocks
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
2 tsp Dark Soy Sauce

Ingredients D:
250g Homemade Fresh Noodles
100g Veggie

Preparation:
1) Rinse and wipe dry the ribs. Marinade B half an hour earlier, or overnight. 

2) Chop garlic,
    mc / 5 sec / sp 5

3) Add remaining A to saute
    mc / 4 min / 120°C / Spoon

4) Add B, and C to braise
    mc / 10 min / 120°C / Reverse  / Spoon

*Advisable to use of 25 minutes to thickening sauce as well as better in taste.

5) Add noodles stir with chopsticks, place veggie over, then cook
    mc / 3 min / V R / Spoon

Marinate pork ribs to get better taste
