Jane's Easy Bubur Cha-cha Thermomix

Yum yummy, easy bubur cha-cha.
Jane's Easy Bubur Cha-cha:
300g purple, yellow and orange sweet potatoes ( one of each kind)
Peeled and diced.
*Please note, I don't like the yam, therefore I have omitted this ingredient, you may add as you wish)
800g Water
100g Sugar
A bundle of Pandan leaves.
200g fresh coconut milk (U.H.T. coconut milk works fine though)

Method:
Add water and sugar into TM bowl

Put Pandan leaves and all potato diced in simmering basket.
20 min / 100℃ / speed 3

Remove simmering basket with spatula. Set aside.

Add coconut milk continue cooking
2 min / 100℃ / speed 2

Divide potatoes evenly into bowls, pour coconut milk mixture into bowls, serve hot.
What will you do to extra blades of Pandan leaf?
I used to just let it dried off, then eventually throw them away, now I have been taught to keep them.
Washed and bundled it, keep them in freezer, use it whenever needed.
