Cream Filling
1. Insert Butterfly, beat cream at (suggested to have a check after 1 minute, the forming of cream depending the quality of different brands, as well as the chilling level too. I have done sometimes which I need to beat 4 minutes, sometimes 2 minutes. It is save to stop at 1 - 1.30 minutes to have a check of the texture and consistency)

MC / 1.30 min / speed 4 - 6 - 4 (TM5 speed 4 - 5 - 6)

(back and forth) I know we shouldn't exceed speed 4, but to speed up the cream to a stiff form, do it once awhile. ;p

Please keep an eye on the form of cream. It may requires more time.
2. Transfer to a piping bag with nozzle, refrigerated.

Optional:

How to make bagels softer?

Milk Tea + Oranges + Sesame and poppy seeds Bagel
An easy breakfast to prepare for us, as well as Gab's school snack I always make.

Cod fish fingers with bagels and veggies

Pumpkin seeds bagel is my favourite!

Poppy  Seeds Bagel

At most time, we ordered bagels from a restaurant, did you have this thought that  you hoped the bagels are softer? I had even one experience that my plain bagel was like a "chocolate" bagel, I was very curious that moment I saw it, I confirmed with the waiter that the bagel was just ordinary plain bagel, "oh my gosh!" That was what I shouted in my mind lah!

Well I have a very kind and sharing personality, when I was making my payment, the cashier asked me courtesy how was my food, I was so glad he asked, immediately I told him the hardness and the outlook of the bagel shocked me, and also suggested him to spray water before toasting bagels.

Here is the URL of an instagram video I took of the bagel I toasted at home, it is very soft, because sprayed lots of water, my son likes it soft though.

Hope this info helps many bagel lovers, as well as restaurants that sell bagels.

Chicken filling that I cooked on a whim, surprisingly it tasted awesome, I really mean awesome, Gab loves it so much, and even wanted to reserve for dinner.

Pork Noodle in USJ

For Pork Noodle lover, we travelled far to OUG for nice pork noodle always, how can I forget about this one in USJ near Good-Year Court 3 at Restaurant Tien Tien Fatt?
You have got to try this if you are USJian and yet didn't know about it. This is really nice, though it was cooked by foreign workers, the standard remains.

Assorted flavoured Swiss Rolls
 Contact JJ Swiss Rolls 佳佳蛋卷
Here is the contact detail.

Walnut Swiss Rolls

Pastor Jacinta was just done her RC job in Penang HI just a day before PJU HI, on the first day of HI R.Seminar,  and she brought us some famous Swiss rolls from Ipoh, and she grab me to the corner and make sure I have some of those, some good things wanna share with her beloved! How sweet is she.

Here I can be the witness, the walnut rolls was delicious, so do all others Swiss rolls.

Sis Jacinta did ask me about the differences between other swiss rolls, I told her, I like the cream very very much, and also the flavours are new to me, especially walnut rolls. Because these are also for others to enjoy, I didn't take all the flavour, only taken coffee, and walnut. I do like the cream, JJ swiss rolls comes with extra cream than others.

Old Town Pork Offal Porridge Stall

PJ Old Town Pork offal porridge stall is the one I go for since very very young, dad used to bring us to the night wet market for its porridge, I remember it was a shabby stall, the ground was always wet. But now, they have relocated to a food court in PJ old town, a better place ( I guess), but I still like the wet and shabby stall in good old days.
