Ingredients For 2
16 pistachio nuts
1 kiwi
2 bananas
40g rolled oat
300g water
100g Ice cubes

Preparation:

1) Blend pistachio nuts
    mc / turbo / 2 seconds
*2 times if needed

2) Add all ingredients to blend
    mc / 1 min / speed 10

Ingredients 
1 Avocado
150g Yoghurt
150g UHT Milk
20g Condensed Milk (optional though)
100g Ice Cubes
2 tbsp Cocoa powder (or chocolate powder to make Avochoc smoothie)

Preparation:

Blend all ingredients together
mc / 1 min / speed 10

*a few times 重复几次
