How to cook rice in Thermomix

How Awesome is Thermomix, that is can rinse and wash the rice thoroughly without excessive wastage.

Thermomix Cooking Rice

1) insert simmering basket, weigh and add rice (usually 50g per pax), add 1200g water (please add more water enough to cover rice or extra) to rinse and wash rice
2 min / speed 4
( no fix duration, you may wash up to 5 minutes or longer)

Wash for 2 or 3 times
(change water please lah!)

2) Pour away washing water, insert simmering basket and rice again, add filtered water that is just about cover rice or slightly lesser. Cook
mc / 100℃ / 18 - 25 min / speed 3
(duration varies according to types of rice being used, also the personal desire texture. Give an eye on them while making the first attempt, sometimes you need to put Vorama dish on top to prevent bubbles from being overflowing)

From there, you make your own adjustment as in cooking time needed, water level...
