Jane's Yee Mee Noodle Soup
伊面汤美善品万能机料理食谱
Ingredients 材料A:
350g Anchovy soup base 江鱼仔上汤
50g Fish cake, sliced鱼饼,切片
40g carrot, sliced.红萝卜,切片
Ingredients 材料 B:
4 stalks baby choy sum 颗小菜心
2 pcs prawns 虾
Ingredients 材料C:
1 pc Yee Mee, pre-soaked for 1 minutes.伊面一团,预先浸泡1分钟
Ingredients 材料D:
1 pc egg鸡蛋
2 pcs deep fried fujok 炸腐皮片
Preparation制作:
1) Add A to cook 煮材料A
mc / 5 min分钟/ 105℃ / Reverse逆转 / speed 速度1
2) Add B, to cook加入B煮
1 min / 105℃ / Reverse / stir mode匙速
Then add in C via mc hole as soon as it starts cooking.
一旦开始煮时,从量杯口加入伊面。
3) Break the egg in a bowl, pour the hot soup and noodle to cover the egg, add in deep fried Fujok, serve immediately. 打一粒蛋在碗里,倒入汤面盖上,加入炸腐皮,就能直接享用。

Fillet anchovies and discard the bones. Rinse with running water to get rid of access salt before using them. |
One thing I really like about Thermomix, it helps to pulverize cooked anchovies, to allow the soup base to be rich in taste, natural and I don't even have to add salt to my noodle soup. |
