Jane's Tomato Egg Drop Soup with Wakame
Ingredients A:
1200g water
5g garlics, peeled
30g anchovy, fillet and deboned, rinsed (check out how to prepare anchovy for soup)
B:
4 pcs tomatoes, skinned and diced.
1 tbsp *mushroom powder (*or 1 tsp salt)
5g dried wakame, soaked (optional)

2 eggs, lightly beaten

Preperation:
1) Insert simmering basket, put in A, cook
15 min / V / speed 3

5 min / V / speed 1
*then at last 30 seconds pour in egg via mc hole.
