Homemade MengNiu yoghurt by Thermomix

It us such an easy thing to make, this us my top making list. The last trip I visited China, a friend mentioned that we should try out "MengNiu" 蒙牛 brand yoghurt, is the best yoghurt of all.

I bought 2 on the first day in Kunming town, it is in 500ml packaging, selling at RMB 14.90
about RM 7.50. We can only get yoghurt at 125ml and selling RM 2.45 in Malaysia.

True enough, the MengNiu brand yoghurt is superb! I loved it truly, deeply. I drank it everyday and night. Alright, stop it! I knew it is not good to drink too much especially when I was suffering from mild food poisoning during the stay in Kunming, but I can't help myself, I am going home soon, and I am sure that I will miss MengNiu Vanilla Yoghurt very very much.

Therefore despite of mild food poisoning, despite of going to toilet very often, I drank it till the last day of my stay, yup.... Stomach still upside down, and I didn't care much, able to finish my last packet of Mengniu yoghurt drink before departure. Hehe.

I am so desperate for yoghurt, and the yoghurt that are selling in Malaysia really sucks. Can't believe me? Try it, you will know, they put "jelly" into it and claimed it "fruits", you won't want to believe it is true, and yes, you have me right. Yiaks!
I tried hard to search for recipes, that are for Thermomix users. Deng, I found a few and have tried them, was excited about the first recipe could just tastes exactly like MengNiu vanilla yoghurt! Yes, exactly like it is MengNiu.

Wrap it with quilted pads and tie it with lunch box sack, ever since Gab goes secondary school, this is abandoned. Glad to use this in another purpose.
