Milk Bun Rolls thermomix recipe
Ingredient A
Milk 250g
Egg 50g
Sugar 40g
Yeast 5g
Ingredients B
High protein flour 450g
Milk powder 25g
Salt 4g (pinch)
Later...
Butter 50g
Preparation:
1) Mix Ing.A
20 sec/speed 3
2) Add Ing.B to mix
2 min / speed 3-5-6 (increase speed slowly)
3) Add butter then knead
6 min/ knead
4) divide into 10 portion, roll into ball shape, wrap.
Rest 15 minute.
5) Flattened the dough and roll into long oval sheet, add in your choice of cream or paste or even sausages.
Roll up, place seam side down.
6) keep tray in oven with 30C with a cup of water, let it prove for 1 hour until double in size.
7) Egg wash, and bake in 150C for 25 minutes.
Lastly raise to 180C bake for another 2 min for golden brown!
