It is called Hainanese Yin-Yong Toast, because I am a Hainanese, Yin-Yong meaning spread with butter and kaya.

Spread one slice with kaya, and another side with sliced salted butter on toasted bread.
This is our breakfast!

my favourite kind of breakfast. the butter must be star brand. other brand dont taste that nice. then must go with 2 half boiled eggs and finish with milk tea. ah perfect.
