To make a nice hot chocolate drink at home is not hard.You need chocolate powder + sugar + UHT milk
1) 300ml of UHT milk
2) 2 tsp of sugar
3) 1 heap tbp of Van Houten chocolate powder
I'd like to use electric milk frother to beat the mixture while heating up.
Heat till it's stewing but not quite simmering.
