‘Henry Bromel’, Northern Exposure, The Big Kiss, 1991
Jane's note:
Our love is like a morning mist, like the early dew in a day, it will disappear. Our love in most of the time is a selfish act, just to fulfill our own desire or indeed temporary affection, it is an emotion, like we feel hungry, we feel thirsty, emotion is real, but won't last, so after a short period of 'enjoyment', 'happiness', the sorrows sooner or later will take its place, may be I am 'a bit' 'too' ( I don't know how to level it!) negative to this issue.
I have came across to this issue, a lady friend is in love, but the love is not acceptable by any form of human or God's law, so I call it 'love in pain', later on I thought through, it is actually not merely a love in pain, more closer to this relationship, I call it 'Love in a beautiful pain'.
Love in a beautiful pain, something I describe as:
This couple, they both love each other, they might not yet deeply in love, each time they see each other, their hearts burning, each time they meet each other, they know deeper in their spirit, they are in love. They have tried to control themselves not to show any affection, or not to release their emotion, till one day they confessed to each other, and their love is like a flood routing, yet they did not cross any line, and they know clearly they won't go any further, they will not have a good love ending, hence they both decided to cut off from that point.... (m... is it really like that... I have no idea)
But I know deep in their hearts, they have the pain, a pain that is beautiful and pure... 'Is this worth it?' She says he asked this question, then she answered: 'Yes, some love come beautifully and gone ugly, but this one comes beautifully and gone beautifully, though with pain, but it is something to remember for life.' How do you think about this statement? I loved her statement... beautifully........
Is this considered a good one? or a bad one?
