Gab's snack - Square Pizza

Ingredient that I used for this Square Pizza:

1. Bread
2. Mozzarella cheese
3. A can of Tuna chunks in sunflower oil 
4. Tomato puree
5. A can of Pineapple
6. Onion sliced 
7. Crab meat sticks

Pizza toppings are normally placed upon a pizza in a specific order, not because it is tidy but because the pizza sauce keeps the pizza dough moist, the cheese then provides a bed for the toppings to rest on and they do not dry out or fall off as the pizza slice is held. More cheese is added to keep the dough moist and the garnish is not cooked so it is applied last after baking. The following list is the traditional order:

• Pizza Dough
• Pizza Sauce
• Cheese
• Pizza Toppings
• Cheese
• Garnish

How to relieve bodyheat after taking durian

 It's common to us every after durian, we are expected some 'side effects', first direct effect is 'durian burps', then some mouth ulcers start growing, some headache, some suffering from constipation, but honestly.... I don't really care much, simply just can't resist!











But I do have little tip to share:




I will prepare a bottle of salt water, after taking durian, pour salt water in one of the lobules of durian shell, and drink it direct from the shell, it helps relieve body from overheat.




To get rid of durian smell from finger tips, rinse fingers from the water that in a lobule of durian shell, you may also rub fingers on a lobule.




To get rid of durian burps, take a small piece of pineapple immediately.

If you like Char Koay Teow, I have found one in USJ 16, Sisters Char Koay Teow really serves best Char Koay Teow, you may also find many in Taipan, but this restaurant serves supreme recipe! I like to bring friends here, because the restaurant locates in isolated area, not many know of this.

If you miss Penang Char Koay Teow, you might not want to miss this!

This is Halal restaurant, in another word they don't serve Chinese sausages.

Aug durian session after guitar class

Together with Lee Yong, Bobo and Shyewoon, went for a 'little durian' after Saturday guitar class, USJ 14 durian stall owner the old uncle didn't have many choices now, even XO is in small size and at RM10 rather expensive as compared to last visit which was only RM8.

Frankly speaking, the flesh not as nice as I had previously.

玩面子书 让你更肯定自我

这是一篇今天刊登在星洲日报’活力副刊‘封面的短文，看过后觉得还蛮欣慰的，起码对自己的行为有了正面的了解。

如果你情绪有点低落，不妨去看看你在面子书的个人档案，或许会变得比较肯定自己。

研究显示，一般人都会在面子书个人档案放上自己最好看的照片，所以在看照片时，也有助于赶跑一些不好的情绪。  

“不像镜子会反映我们的真实样貌，甚至可能会对自尊造成负面影响，面子书档案可以表现出你积极的一面，但这并不代表虚伪骗人。” 美国康奈尔大学的汉考克博士 (Jeffrey Hancock)表示。

  共有63名康奈尔大学学生参加实验。他们都坐在电脑前，有些人看了他们的面子书个人档案，还可以花3分钟浏览并使用和个人档案相关的功能；其他人的电脑则关机，面前摆一面镜子。

研究结果发现，学生自我肯定的程度和有没有看面子书个人档案有关：有看的人，自我肯定程度高于电脑关掉的人，一直看的人高于只看一下的人，动手编辑自我介绍，个人档案的人又高于只是看的人。

研究人员认为，编辑面子书个人档案是让自我表现更完美的方法。使用者可以藉由上传照片·编辑自我介绍，来呈现出符合理想的自己。

读完后会心一笑,我可是属于后者嘞，有点自恋狂的样子。。。
从前会觉得我不应该常常看自己的个人档案，尤其是照片，看了又看，看见自己漂亮的样子，开心的样子，心情变好，人也变得积极和正面，我可以证明，因为我常常看偶尔编辑自己的档案，果然会像上述所说的！

别怀疑在面子书看到的我，都是真的，有心情好的时候，也有心情坏的时候，别无虚假，偶尔会来个虚构，包无欺场！

Mercy in the wilderness

I read a post 'Watchful Angels' from Echo Chen (San Mao) in 'Scarecrow Notes'  just yesterday night: 

A few days before Christmas, neighbour's child gave me a paper-made angel and said: "This is not real, there isn't any angel, just made it from a paper."  Tommy rested his arm on the short wooden board, stood at the garden chatted with me.
"Indeed, there are angels, I have two." I winked at the kid and said it seriously.
"Where are they?" Tommy looked up at me and asked curiously.
"You can't see them now, if you knew me a few years back, you might be able to see them!"  ..... 
"God gives everyone of us two angels, and keep them in our hearts when we are still in mother's womb, angles start tearing when they hear our hearts beating."
"Angels crying? They are sad?"
"They always tearing, because they love the kid so much, that is why they tearing the whole life. They do not wipe away those tears, because their wings are too busy to protect the kid, not even laying them down for a second, worry that the kid will fall ill cause by the wind and rain."
......
"One day, the kid has grown up, the kid told the angels: I am going, please don't follow me, this is sickening."
"What did the angles said?" Tommy asked.
"Those angels? They looked at each other, silent, they gave everything that they have, the best of bests to the kid, the kid packed them all and left them without turning back. "
"Those angels crying right?"
"Those angels flew up to a higher place in order to take a look at the kid, the kid ran fast, and went far, angels grew older, yet still struggle to fly to a higher point, hopefully to get another glance at the kid. The kid has soon became a tiny spec, gradually, lost in sight, this very moment, these two angels flew home, shut the door, turn off the light, and crying in the dark silently."
......

"Where did the kid go?" Tommy asked.
"It isn't important anymore,...."
"Didn't he miss the watchful angels?"
"Arrh! In the storm, he'll miss the goodness of this pair of wings, and tearing for a short while!"
"Did you mean the kid only miss the goodness of this pair of wings instead of the two watchful angels?"
.....

We are those ungrateful ones, we have tasted the goodness of the Lord, we have seen the beauty of holiness, yet we chose to leave God, or indeed asked God to leave us like what the story has told. 


How many of us, in times of tribulation we miss His goodness instead of Him? 




When we truly learn? When will we really understand His love, or we have been taken it for granted? 










I need thee........in and out, in the day, and at night, in all areas, You are the Lord, You reign! 


We worship you, Lord. In the beauty of holiness, clothed in Your righteousness, cleansed by Your blood!
