Chrysanthemum Iced Tea 冰糖菊花苟子茶
Chrysanthemum Tea cube is one of many types of ginger tea cubes I bought home from Taiwan trip besides Brown Sugar Rose Tea, Brown Sugar Cranberry Sea Jelly Tea, Brown Sugar Ginger Tea and Longan Red Date Tea.
I have tried Brown Sugar Rose Tea last week, today I tried making Chrysanthemum Iced Tea, just an idea came in, to use only 50°C melt the cube then add ice cubes to make ice blended. Rock sugar is added when making icy drinks, you may omit this ingredient if you prefer plain.
Serve Warm
2 Chrysanthemum Tea cubes1200g Water
mc / 8 min / 98℃ / speed 1
Serve Cold
30g Rock Sugar (mill in Turbo)2 Chrysanthemum Tea cube
600g Water
mc / 5 min / 40℃ / speed 1
After 1/2 hour add 600g ice cubes to blend at
30 sec / speed 10
