- Ingredients
- 4 stalks of lemongrass, remove leafy part, smash the end of the stem
- 10g Ginger slices
- 1000g Water
- Honey to taste (Optional)
- Preparation
- 1) Put first 3 ingredients to boil
- mc / 15 min / 100 ℃ / Rev ↺ / speed 2
- 2) Insert simmering basket to use it as a sieve, pour tea out, add honey to taste.
- *remember not to use steel spoon.
