Jane's Chicken Pepperoni Pizza
Pizza Dough
Ingredients A
220g Water
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp dried instant yeast

Ingredients B
30g Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus extra for greasing
400g Bread flour
1 tsp Salt
30g Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus extra for greasing

1 tsp Salt
Preparation
1) Lightly grease a large bowl and set aside. Place A to mixmc / 30 sec / 37℃ / speed 3
2) Add B to knead
mc / 2 min / knead
mc / 2 min / knead
3) Transfer dough into the greased bowl and form into a ball. Cover the bowl with cling film and let prove for 1 hour.
Use pizza dough as needed.
Jane's Chicken Pepperoni Pizza toppings
Ingredients
1 small can of tomato purée
1 box 200g mozzarella cheese, diced
1 packet Chicken Pepperoni
1 tomato (remove core, the juicy part), diced.
Some pineapple mini cubes
1 sprig of basil ( leaves only, chopped)
Preparation
4) Chop mozzarella dices
mc / 5 sec / speed 7
5) Place dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper or greased. Press it out with finger tips from the centre to the edges, and gently stretch it into shape. Alternatively you can roll it out with a rolling pin ( you can get thinner crust) on a floured surface and transfer it to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
6) Spread tomato purée, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese, laying chicken pepperoni and spreading chopped tomato and pineapple cubes, and lastly chopped basil leaves. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 230℃. I like it crispy, so I baked 35 minutes
